How long will it take for my custom PC to be built and shipped?
Standard custom builds typically take 5 to 10 business days for assembly, rigorous stress testing, and quality control before being dispatched for shipping.
Does my AFTERSHOCK PC come with a warranty?
Yes, every system comes with a standard 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also offer premium on-site pickup and return options for added peace of mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and various interest-free installment plans such as Atome and GrabPay.
Can I upgrade my PC components in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We encourage upgradeability. Adding your own storage or RAM does not void the warranty, though the warranty will not cover any third-party components you install.
How do you ensure my PC is safe during transit?
We use specialized protective internal foam packaging that molds to your components and high-strength double-walled outer boxes to prevent any movement or damage during shipping.
What is your return policy?
Since our PCs are custom-built to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your system is defective, we provide full support for repairs or replacements under our warranty terms.
